Once the skeleton was working appropriately I moved on to painting the skin weights, which proved to be really difficult as I wanted very specific deformations, especially in the waist and hips area as their jackets are oversized and it took some time before I managed to get them right.

The best part of the rigging process was testing them as it really showed me progress.
